Raed. – Marguerite

Two weeks into his career and Raed. may be my pick for best new artist in 2016. “Marguerite” is just this Akron native’s second song. His mellow vocals contribute exactly what you’re looking for when you first hear the amazing instrumental. I have this on repeat, and if possible that’s an understatement!

Noisey Highlights Cleveland Rap Scene

Noisey did a dope piece on Cleveland’s rap scene. I’m in full support of the article. It’s always going to be artists that feel like they should have been put on a list like this, but we should salute the ones that made it. It’s a good look for the city.

Only thing I don’t like is them calling Kid Cudi a loss for Cleveland. Maybe I’m biased since he is my favorite artist of all time, but I bet I can find a lot of people who would disagree strongly with the comments they made about him.
