He drops in on Ebro in the Morning at Hot 97 in New York to discuss the debut of his first film, his highly publicized friendship with Amber Rose and the remarkable playoff run his hometown Cavaliers are on. After much anticipation, Cleveland Made, Cleveland Paid is finally here. The two-disc mixtape compiled by DJ Steph Floss, DJ KY and DJ K Nyce features some of the most timeless tracks to emerge out of the Cleveland in the last decade on disc 1 and all new tracks from Cleveland’s current hottest artists on disc 2. KiD CuDi’s transition from music into Hollywood seems to be complete. Scott Mescudi is set to join Scott Aukerman on the set of IFC comedy, Comedy Bang! Bang! The show originated as a podcast, but made its television debut in 2012. CuDi will handle the music duties once current bandleader, Reggie Watts moves on to The Late Late Show. Kid Cudi won’t make his first scheduled appearance until July 10, but he’ll be a guest on the show tonight! Check out a clip from the show below

Today, we get a new single from CyHi The Prince. For production, the G.O.O.D Music vet recruited a Cleveland-formed recording quintet, called Narcotics along with Tec Beatz & Brandon Black. Though it may be the first time, it will certainly not be the last time you see the locally formed crew cook tracks for some of the hottest names in the industry. Brian Empire, Vikaden, Dre$ki and East have spent years making a mark on the music landscape in their home town, but after collectively working and living in North Hollywood for about a year the group seeks to wreck havoc on a much bigger scale. This track will be featured on CyHi’s upcoming Black Hystori Project 2 EP. Check out “To Be Real” below.

Face it, new music from KiD CuDi and King Chip may very well be among one of the top presents you’ll unwrap this holiday season. Late last night, a track from the Almighty GloryUS surfaced on the Blended Babies’ soundcloud. Apparently, its an unreleased track the duo recorded shortly after announcing an Almighty GloryUS project back in 2010.
